Teaching

Our students pursue a Master`s degree at D-MTEC, a Master`s degree in Advanced Studies MTEC and various specialties in other curricula. We teach

Human Resource Management (especially leadership in teams, design of work processes, and organizational change),
Psychological aspects of risk management and technology use.

In student projects and theses, a more in-depth knowledge on these topics is gained while also cooperating with companies from various sectors (e.g. computer science, mechanical engineering, health services, chemistry, consulting) and public services (e.g. schools, administration, hospitals).

Our students learn to manage and lead their teams
effectively, to provide an integral perspective in technical and
business management projects, to use various psychologically founded
