Prof. Grote at the ASEAN+3 HRD Forum in South Korea
From Nov. 13 to 15, Prof. Grote participated in the ASEAN+3 HRD Forum on Jeju Island, South Korea, which was jointly organized by the World Bank and the Human Resource Development Agency of South Korea.
The 2018 ASEAN+3 HRD Forum on Jeju Island, South Korea, was jointly organized by the World Bank and the Human Resource Development Agency of South Korea in order to discuss topics on "Digital Economy and shared future: Innovation, policy, and governance in skills development". In a number of plenary presentations and panel discussions, challenges and new approaches to vocational education and training in various Asian countries and globally were debated over the course of two days. Prof. Grote gave a presentation on "Innovation in career guidance and entrepreneurship development" and participated in a panel on "Harnessing the skills and creativity of the workforce".
