Accepted grant proposal
The Stiftung Hans und Suzanne Biäsch zur Förderung der Angewandten Psychologie accepted a grant proposal by Julian Pfrombeck for supporting the data collection within one of his dissertation projects. The supported project «Wann führt informelles Lernen bei älteren Beschäftigten zu Kompetenzerleben? Eine altersdiverse und relationale Perspektive auf informelles Lernen am Arbeitsplatz» examines how and when informal learning at work leads to beneficial outcomes for older employees.
