SNSF Postdoc.Mobility Fellowship
Julian Pfrombeck received a Postdoc.Mobility Fellowship for his project “Understanding the implications of inverted social hierarchies for human resource management: The case of age-inverse differences in supervisor-subordinate relationships and feedback acceptance” from the SNSF.
Doctoral Examination
We congratulate Julian Pfrombeck for the successful defense of his doctoral dissertation on August 9, 2021. The title of his dissertation was “Psychological contracts, career orientations, and age-diverse knowledge exchange: The influence of the broader individual and social context of HRM on employee motivation, human capital, and well-being”.
