SNSF Postdoc.Mobility Fellowship

Julian Pfrombeck received a Postdoc.Mobility Fellowship for his project “Understanding the implications of inverted social hierarchies for human resource management: The case of age-inverse differences in supervisor-subordinate relationships and feedback acceptance” from the SNSF.

Starting in October 2021, he will be working on this project as a visiting post-doctoral fellow at the Management Division of Columbia Business School at Columbia University.
