A conference paper by Federico Magni (together with Ganqi Tang, Beatrice Manzoni, and Leonardo Caporarello) titled “Managing Boundaries while Working Remotely: The Interactive Impact of Temporal and Physical Tactics” has won then “Best Paper Award” at the Organizational Behavior General Track of the EURAM 2022 conference.

A warm welcome to our academic guest, Ms. Sara Dotto, a third year Italian Ph.D. student in Management at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, doing her Ph.D. on the topics of job crafting, career development, sustainable employability, as well as personal and professional development at work. She will be with us for one month for an exchange on current research.
